C. Advisory to Resolution Applicants
- Tracking of various opportunities for Resolution Applicants/investors which are open in IBC under Resolution/Liquidation which suit their requirements
- Decoding the EOI/Process documents published by RPs/Liquidators and assistance in submission of EOI
- Preparation of Resolution Plan / Bid Documents in accordance with IBC provisions
- Assistance in bidding/COC negotiations and endeavoring to have approvals
